General hotel information

World Forum is a full service Convention Centre located in The Hague between the beach and city center, on only 30 minutes’ drive from two international airports. We offer the largest auditorium in Holland (different capacities possible), 35 breakout rooms and exclusive use is possible. It\'s a compact venue (17.500sqm), but still offers 10.000sqm exhibition space and 3.500 complimentary Wi-Fi connections. A brand new look and feel after the finalized investment of almost 30 million Euro (2014-2016). All meeting rooms are situated around the central heart of the building; The Atrium. It connects all the areas our clients use; on the ground floor our brand new Expo Foyer that really gives a powerful networking area in an open and bright ambiance. The King Willem Alexander Theater really adds the wow-factor to the meeting; it has a 20m high ceiling and beautiful large stage. For all break out rooms you will find multiple rooms in different sizes. We love excellent catering and our Atmospheric Atlantic room will be a perfect home for a seated dinner up to 1200pax. This layout allows our clients to easily create an event that gives a sense of intimacy and offers an outstanding area for networking and easy access to all meeting rooms, catering and exhibition areas.

Conference centre and meeting room information

The World Forum has 40,000 m2 of rooms, of which 17.500 m2 to use as an exhibit space. The 36 rooms variate in capacity from 10 people to an auditorium with a capacity of 2.161 people. The World Forum has a unique combination of a multifunctional auditorium surrounded by more than twenty-six break-out rooms and of course our spacious exhibition space. There is enough room to welcome more than 5,000 visitors at a time, but also sufficient intimacy to give your event a personal touch. It is even possible to transform the entire building to suit your personal wishes and project your desired image!
