Located between the Alster lake and the trade fair grounds, we offer various perfect settings for your event. The seventh floor is home to ten rooms ranging in size from 21 m² to 136 m² and capable of accommodating up to 120 people. The floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows let in a wealth of light, offering the kind of expansive views that encourage successful work in every respect. Our welcoming rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art technology and can also be blacked out completely. They are adjoined by a spacious foyer that is perfect for breaks and get-togethers. The Scandic Better Meetings concept puts the perfect finishing touches on any event. Our meeting advisors will work with you to craft the perfect event, taking your individual needs and requirements into account. We can surprise you with innovative tools such as a phone nursery, healthy drinks, smoothies, and snacks from our Scanergizer, or our Magic Box, which contains creative ice breakers. We also offer a wide range of additional services, such as a conference concierge and branding opportunities on pillars, doors, and screens. And, of course, we are also prepared for hybrid events. If you want to hold your meeting entirely or partially virtually, our meeting advisors will be happy to advise you on any questions you may have regarding streaming and other digital options. We can support you throughout your event with individual dining concepts. We firmly believe better food makes for better meetings.
