Up to 285 people can meet, talk, and network here. Our seven meeting and conference rooms range in size from 23 m² to 350 m² and can be combined flexibly. For example, our ballroom occupies 350 m² of space and can also be divided to form three smaller rooms. The Scandic Better Meetings concept puts the perfect finishing touches on any event. Our meeting advisors will work with you to craft the perfect event, taking your individual needs and requirements into account. We can surprise you with innovative tools such as a phone nursery, healthy drinks, smoothies, and snacks from our Scanergizer, or our Magic Box, which contains creative ice breakers. We also offer a wide range of additional services, such as a conference concierge and branding opportunities in various locations at the property. And, of course, we are also prepared for hybrid events.
