The spacious conference area at our property features 16 meeting and conference rooms ranging in size from 27 m2 to 526 m2, offering the perfect setting for any occasion. Up to 550 people can meet, talk, and network here. Our ballroom is especially imposing, occupying 526 m2 without any columns or pillars to break the view. It can also be divided to form three smaller rooms. All of our conference rooms are inspired by Scandinavian nature, bright and furnished in natural colors. Equipped with state-of-the-art technology, they are the perfect setting for your events. Despite its size, our property is cozy and welcoming and offers numerous break-out zones for your event. For example, the meeting foyer adjoins the ballroom directly, offering access to an exclusive meeting deck. The Scandic Better Meetings concept puts the perfect finishing touches on any event. Our meeting advisors will work with you to craft the perfect event, taking your individual needs and requirements into account.
