Eight multifunctional rooms are stylishly decorated and can accommodate up to 250 people for private events, while nine versatile conference suites are fully-equipped for business functions of all kinds. Special events services The hotel offers tailor made on-and off-site team events, free parking, furniture and audio-visual equipment rental, secretarial services, meeting rooms with flexible layouts, plasma screens, LCD projectors and video conferencing, photographers, florists, music, entertainment, etc. All the above - and more - can be arranged for your event upon request. Function rooms Several of our meeting rooms have a scenic garden view and all feature plenty of natural light (but that can also be darkened upon request). We\'ll provide everything you\'ll need for a successful event, including wireless internet access, climate control, a meeting “toolkit” and flip chart. Vehicle access is available to most meeting rooms. The nine conference rooms can accommodate up to 350 attendees in a stylish décor of soothing earth tones and comfortable, contemporary furniture. The main conference room, Tuinzaal, is a bright and airy space boasting direct access to the garden.
