General hotel information

The modern new hotel building is built on a 1,800 square metre site not far from the main railway station and the Dortmund Concert Hall. The building is divided into three areas. The five upper floors are reserved for 190 rooms. In addition to the spacious and open lobby, reception and bar areas on the ground floor, a 200 square metre restaurant. Guests of the hotel will also find 5 event and conference rooms on an area of approx. 250 square metres. The sizes of the meetingrooms vary from 21 m2 to 141 m2. The building also has an underground car park with 33 parking spaces.

The 5 partially combined conference rooms for up to 144 people offer space for large events, conferences and congresses. A boardroom is also available for confidential meetings. The air-conditioned rooms are equipped with natural light and modern conference technology
