With 14 Hilton d conference rooms, the Hilton Bonn is the perfect location for your conference (max. capacity: 80). All the event rooms in this category, all with natural light and air-conditioning, are located on the first floor, including a boardroom suitable for example for board meetings (max. capacity: 12), furnished with comfortable eighthour chairs. The other rooms, ranging in size between 25 sqm and 112 sqm, are perfect for seminars, conferences, lectures or group activities and are equipped with state-of-the-art technology, minibar and presentation kits. A spacious ballroom “Rhein” (max. capacity 280), which can be split into three separate rooms, is on the same floor as the Rhine terrace. The ballroom is air-conditioned and has a modern lighting system. In addition to a diverse range of sound and presentation technology, we offer you a removable dance floor and mobile stage elements. The ballroom’s ground level location and wide access doors are an ideal venue for motor shows as well as congresses, conferences and banquets. The ballroom's adjacent foyer is exceptionally well-lit by its four-meterhigh glass facade. The foyer also provides guest access to the windsheltered Rhine terrace and can be used for many purposes including cocktail receptions, light meals, coffee breaks and exhibitions.
